01. Acceptance of Terms

Christian Messenger Network operates a media, publishing, and digital services organization that includes:

• Website design, development, and hosting services for small businesses
• Advertising and sponsored content placements across our properties
• Other digital tools and services in support of local small businesses

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of our platform or services at any time, with or without notice.

03. User Conduct

When using our platform or submitting any content or inquiry, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information about yourself or your business
• Submit content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or unlawful
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Use our platform for spam, unsolicited promotions, or deceptive marketing
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems

CMN reserves the right to remove content and terminate access for any user who violates these standards, at our sole discretion.

04. Submitted Content

By submitting content to Christian Messenger Network — including articles, business profiles, bios, quotes, interview responses, or any other materials — you grant CMN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to publish, display, edit, and distribute that content across our platform and associated properties.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to submit the content, that it does not infringe any third-party rights, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that it does not violate applicable laws. CMN reserves the right to edit or decline any submission that does not meet our editorial standards.

05. Web Services

Website design, development, and hosting services provided by CMN are subject to separate service agreements established at the time of engagement. These Terms apply generally to all interactions. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are governed by the individual client agreement.

CMN retains the right to display completed work as portfolio references unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are responsible for providing accurate content and timely approvals. CMN is not liable for delays resulting from client inaction or incomplete information.

06. Advertising

Advertising placements are subject to review and approval. By purchasing advertising, you agree that all ad content is truthful and compliant with applicable standards, that you have the legal right to advertise the products or services presented, and that CMN may reject or remove advertising that conflicts with our platform values. Payment terms are governed by your advertising agreement.

07. Intellectual Property

All original content, design, branding, logos, and editorial material produced by Christian Messenger Network is the intellectual property of CMN and the Christian Messenger Trust. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit CMN-owned content without express written permission. The Christian Messenger Network name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

08. Disclaimer of Warranties

CMN does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for the accuracy of business information, professional claims, or third-party content published on our platform. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence when engaging with any business or professional featured on our properties.

09. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christian Messenger Network and the Christian Messenger Trust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CMN in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Christian Messenger Network, the Christian Messenger Trust, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to your use of our platform, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montgomery County, Tennessee.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
